The classic game of Battleship revamped to teach kids place value of 5 digit numbers.
-Students are put in pairs, with each pair getting one game board
-Students should spend about 5-10 minutes plotting out the spots for all 7 of their units

The students first have to identify the fraction shown by the graphics at the bottom, and then convert it to decimal notation,. Then they color each square according to the color indicated by the bottom graphics. There are lots of squares, so expect this one to be more challenging!
