EDITABLE: Special Ed IEP Accommodations/Services Spreadsheet

This is a little "cheat sheet" that you can use to quickly view your entire caseload of special education students. You can input every important aspect of the IEP, including the students' disability, goals, accommodations, services, dates, notes, re-evals, and scheduled meetings. It is editable so you can change anything as needed. The "name" column is frozen so you can easily scroll left or right while inputting data. I hope this helps you keep track of your students a little bit more easily!

EDITABLE: Goal Tracking Data Spreadsheet

This is a goal tracking data spreadsheet that you can edit as needed. Columns and rows are frozen so you can easily scroll right/left/up/down and see exactly what day data took place. I also included drop-down bars for easy tracking. Copy and paste the template into new tabs as needed depending on the number of goals. You can also copy and paste the template into new Google Sheets for other students, using one Google Sheet document per student. I find it easier this way. Happy Data Tracking!

EDITABLE: Special Education Caseload List - GOOGLE SHEETS

This is a Google Sheets template for your special education caseload. There are columns for student names, their IEP dates, the day consent forms, meeting invitations, and IEPs have been sent and received, along with a notes column for yourself about each student. It has made my life easier keeping track of many different dates and staying within compliance. Try it out for yourself!!

Additional biographical information

Hi there! My name is Christina and I am currently a Special Education Teacher for 8th-grade students with mild to moderate disabilities. I am their inclusion teacher and travel with them from class to class, as well as have them for one period a day in my own classroom to preview, review, and re-teach concepts from their core classes. I love what I do and have created these resources that have helped me through the years. I hope they come in handy for you!! :)
