With over six years of experience in the classroom, I’ve had the privilege of teaching General Science and Physical Science to students in grades 3 through 8. My time in both elementary and middle school classrooms has given me a deep understanding of how students learn, what works in fostering curiosity, and how to break down complex scientific concepts into engaging, digestible lessons. Whether it was through hands-on experiments, interactive discussions, or group projects, I’ve seen firsthand what keeps students engaged and excited to learn. After becoming a stay-at-home mom to my one-year-old daughter, I realized that while I wanted to be present for her and enjoy these precious early years, I also wanted to continue making a positive impact in the field of education. That’s when I decided to create resources for teachers and homeschooling families.
