After teaching Special Education for five years, I made the switch to FACS and couldn't be happier. My background in SPED has helped me to be a more accommodating teacher, and I'm grateful for that!

Daily Skills Assesment
This weekly assessment page is for high school "teachers" to use in communicating with parents.
This page provides parents with information about the classes' weekly focus, the student's area or progress, and the area in which the teachers will focus on next week.
It also has room for the student to write their first and last name, offering parents the opportunity to see students progress in this area.

Weekly FACS Focus
Students use this form to complete the daily check-in question. Each day is worth 2 points and the form is turned in bi-weekly.
Daily, I ask a check in question, present the objective and the activity for the day in a Google Slides document.
This form is titled the Weekly FACS Focus, but can easily be modified for use in any content area.
