I taught 4th grade at a high-poverty school in Nashville for two years. I taught a combined 1st/2nd grade class before moving to first grade for the next few years. Factor War Card Game

Upper Elementary is all about factors, factors, factors -- and sometimes we don't even realize it! Students can practice their knowledge of factors by playing Factor Wars. This game is played just like the traditional game war, except that there are separate cards for factors and products. Students will reinforce their math skills up to multiplication facts of 12 (and 13, if you include all the cards).
