These are digital exit slips (google slides) that go along with each lesson of Go Math Grade 4 Chapter 4. There are two different types of exit slips: Group A-far more scaffolded for struggling students, or Group B-less scaffolding & more word problems. I use these at the end of each day's lesson or you could assign them all as a review at the end of the chapter. Once you assign the slides you want students to complete, they can click on the colored boxes where text boxes will appear for them

I use these at the end of each lesson, as they correlate directly with the Go Math lessons, rather than the standards. Once the students complete the slips, I can sort them for data tracking, small groups, and future instruction.

These are digital exit slips students can use to show understanding after each Go Math Lesson in Chapter 4. They can also be used as a whole at the end of a chapter for review. These can be assigned as a whole or day by day as you wish. Students are able to click on the empty boxes & a text box will appear for them to type into. An answer key is also included. These are for my struggling students who need scaffolded instructions. There is also a Group B bundle with more word problems and less
These are exit slips that directly align with each lesson of chapter 4 in the 4th Grade Go Math lesson book. There is a low and high version for each lesson. The low slips are scaffolded, either with visuals or strictly computational skills, while the higher slips have less scaffolding/models and more word problems.
I use these in my classroom daily to assess how my students are grasping each lesson in order to adjust my further planning, grouping, and teaching.
Enjoy!
