These are exit slips that directly align with each lesson of chapter 4 in the 4th Grade Go Math lesson book. There is a low and high version for each lesson. The low slips are scaffolded, either with visuals or strictly computational skills, while the higher slips have less scaffolding/models and more word problems. I use these in my classroom daily to assess how my students are grasping each lesson in order to adjust my further planning, grouping, and teaching. Enjoy!
