With a background as a Red Seal Chef, Holistic Nutritionist, and educator with degrees in Health Sciences, Education, and a Master’s in Education, I blend culinary expertise, nutritional knowledge, and pedagogical insight in my teaching style. With over 15 years of experience teaching at high school and college levels, I create an engaging environment where students participate in hands-on cooking demonstrations, nutritional analyses, and collaborative projects. I aim to foster critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of the link between food, health, and well-being, empowering students to become informed consumers, health advocates, and skilled culinary professionals.
