This pamphlet includes instructions for inducing flow state for focus in elementary classes, stories about my ADHD diagnosis, and some facts about dopamine deficiency and ADHD in general. Engage students with a project about Electric Car batteries. They research their favourite car, learn about what the batteries are made of, and which one gives the most range. They begin to understand power from an electricity perspective instead of fossil fuels, giving a primer on a unit for electricity, or power generation, or environmental impacts of various parts of industry. This is a great year long activity for any grade, modifiable based on age, where you go outside and collect data and graph it.
