Flow State Classroom

This pamphlet includes instructions for inducing flow state for focus in elementary classes, stories about my ADHD diagnosis, and some facts about dopamine deficiency and ADHD in general. It is designed for all elementary teachers who want to give kids a ready to learn brain state without students even knowing it. It's a behaviour management tool that doesn't feel like it.
