My son was having trouble visualizing the forms of the words so I created pictures to guide him. Incredible what free clipart and endless hours will do! There are three activities in this one download. Hopefully this will give your kids a better understanding of singular, plural, singular possessive and plural possessive nouns. This game will help reinforce the basic concept and application of perimeter (distance around an object) and area (the amount of space within the object in square units). It is mainly for 3rd grade level but higher level students can find the perimeter and area of an irregular shape. This will increase the complexity of the game.

Need a refresher syllable activity? Try using this fun way of counting the number of syllables in each of the words. Great practice for preschool and kindergarten students. Hopefully you'll enjoy it as much as my kids did.
