Proven Results The instructional strategies and resources featured in this store have produced exceptional student outcomes across multiple Advanced Placement® courses. In 2025: AP Human Geography: 87% of students earned a score of 3 or higher (23 students; mean score 3.78) AP U.S. Government & Politics: 72% earned a score of 3 or higher (61 students) AP Comparative Government & Politics: 83% earned a score of 3 or higher (12 students; mean score 3.25) In addition, students participating in test-only AP examinations achieved a 100% pass rate (scores of 3 or higher) in: AP Microeconomics AP Macroeconomics AP Psychology AP African American Studies Average scores in these courses ranged from 4.0 to 5.0. My own education history

I have an undergraduate in Psychology, Criminal Justice, and Sociology. I have a Master's in Social Work. In 2010 I started teaching and worked on my Alternative Certification for high school social studies. In 2023 I completed a certification in gifted education.

About the Founders Frisson Learning Systems was founded by two professionals with backgrounds in education, psychology, and social work who share a passion for helping students learn more effectively and achieve lasting academic success. Combined experience includes classroom instruction, mental health services, curriculum development, student intervention, and gifted education. Academic preparation includes studies in Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Social Work, along with certifications in secondary education and Gifted Education. Over the years, this interdisciplinary background has provided opportunities to work with diverse learners across educational and clinical settings. These experiences have shaped a philosophy that meaningful learning occurs when evidence-based instructional practices are paired with engagement, curiosity, and real-world application. The resources offered through Frisson Learning Systems are designed to bridge the gap between educational research and classroom practice. Drawing from cognitive science, retrieval practice, executive functioning, and effective instructional design, each resource is created to support long-term retention, critical thinking, and student success.
