This is a one page fact sheet and a one page worksheet teaching grade 4 students about cigarette smoking and the chemicals that are in cigarettes. The fact sheet details 5 chemicals found in tobacco, and the worksheet has the student draw a picture of a non-smoker vs. a smoker. This file can also be used in online learning and the student can add up to 5 images that represent a non-smoker vs. a smoker. This was designed with the Ontario Grade 4 Health and Physical Education curriculum in mind.
