Do you have trouble with behavior whenever there is a sub? Do you feel like your kids can't handle a sub? Don't you worry because the sub tickets have changed the game. Our kids like to be recognized whenever they display "good" behavior ESPECIALLY if there is a "stranger" in the classroom. You can print out as many as you need or want to give out each class. I'm more of hands on learning - having the students work together, do classroom activities, do a lot of projects both independently and group work but I like to throw a pop quiz here and there.
