This is a curriculum I developed for students who wanted to Option II (NJ "in place of") their Health and Physical Education class. Also - this was used to satisfy the "Visual and Performing Arts" requirement of the State of NJ. Often these students were training in Martial Arts and we needed a curriculum to get approved by the state.
