This Math Reflection Sheet may be used in conjunction with progress reports, report cards or conferences. I am personally including it in our student work portfolios. We all want students to be responsible and reflective This will serve as a guide. It also provides documentation in a time when higher standards of accountability are being expected of teachers. Teaching style

Because of my fine arts background, I like to be creative in the classroom. My focus is child-centered and I love to incorporate technology as much as possible.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Over my career, I have received several honors...but I guess the greatest honor for me is simply to teach. I have been so blessed to have chosen a career that has been so rewarding and enjoyable.

My own education history

My foundational education was at Appalachian State and Wake Forest Universities. Over the course of decades, I have taken classes from an abundance of educational institutions which I will not attempt to list! (smile)
