Dr. Deidra A. Sorrell is a licensed professional counselor, licensed clinical supervisor, and certified school psychologist. She creates trauma-informed, culturally responsive educational resources that support social-emotional learning, identity development, and student well-being.
Through Healed Perspectives Learning, Dr. Sorrell designs SEL lessons, therapeutic activities, and Black history resources that help students build empathy, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging in today’s classrooms.
