I am currently a BCBA working in a public school for grades K-8! I consult to teachers and support staff on implementing behavioral strategies to reduce interfering behaviors. Data collection is important in finding out if the strategies I am recommending are working. I have been in the field for 10+ years and worked with varying degrees of disabilities.
In addition to my professional experiences I currently have a 4 year old boy who benefits from the principles of ABA.
