I believe that learning should be hands-on, meaningful, and fun. My teaching style is grounded in the idea that children learn best when they’re actively engaged, given time to explore concepts deeply, and encouraged to move, question, and discover.
In my classroom, I prioritise a child-centered approach – where activities are designed with the learners in mind, not just the curriculum. I strive to create learning experiences that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities, ensuring that every child feels seen, supported, and capable.
I love incorporating movement, play, and real-life connections into my lessons, and I’m a big believer in giving students opportunities to talk, collaborate, and construct their own understanding. Whether it’s through hands-on investigations, open-ended tasks, or playful exploration, I aim to keep learning joyful and inclusive.
Above all, I want children to feel successful and curious – because when they’re having fun and making connections, real learning happens.
