This is an excellent multiple choice nonfiction inference pre and post-quiz. These are assessments, but they can also be used to present and practice with the whole-class. All of the passages are great science resources as well. When inferring, it is important to look for clues or evidence in the text. Most importantly, the questions are varied to gain a deeper understanding of inferring nonfiction text.
