I am a former Securities Compliance Director turned middle and high school business and technology teacher. With years of experience as a corporate executive, entrepreneur, and educator, I bring real-world expertise and a passion for empowering the next generation of leaders to my classroom and resources. For the past 8 years, I’ve focused on equipping my students with the tools they need to succeed in today’s dynamic world. From building critical professional and entrepreneurial skills to mastering transferable tech competencies, I create authentic, engaging materials grounded in real-world business practices. Through my resources, I aim to inspire teachers and students alike to think big, act boldly, and embrace the entrepreneurial mindset needed to thrive in any career path. Coming from outside the education bubble, my teaching style blends the latest pedagogical practices with real-world business expertise. I strive to create a classroom that mirrors the professional world, where students learn not just academic content, but also essential skills for their careers. My classroom runs with the same structure and professionalism found in the business world, guided by Standard Operating Procedures and a professional code of conduct. This approach helps students transition seamlessly from learning to real-world application. I design most of my own materials to ensure that students not only master the required standards but also gain the practical skills they need to succeed in business and entrepreneurship. Whether they’re developing a business plan, launching a product, or learning about finance, I aim to make every lesson directly applicable to their futures. I’m committed to making sure students never leave my class asking, "When will I ever use this in real life?" If they don't see the real-world connection right away, I revisit the lesson and show them how they can use these skills in their future careers, whether they’re starting their own business or contributing to a larger organization.

After years in the corporate world, I’ve found what I truly love to do—teaching, mentoring young entrepreneurs, exploring new technologies, and creating innovative solutions. And now, everything else has fallen into place! I’m thrilled to now teach Entrepreneurship to high school students, helping them discover their potential as future business leaders.
