Open Number Line: Adding and Subtracting Folder Game
This folder game focuses on adding and subtracting on an OPEN NUMBER LINE between 0 and 1200.
While working with a partner, students will each spin the spinner one time and land on a number. The partners will use the two numbers and cooperatively decided to create either an addition or subtraction problem with their numbers. Once decided, each partner will fill in their open number lines with their number problem and will check each others work for the correct answer.

Teaching style
My professors were all adamant about the importance of realia, a connection to everyday life, and technology in our lessons. Thus, I have always been one to create my own activity sheets and resources that align perfectly with what I am teaching. I do my best to incorporate interactive features in my resources and include activity sheets that match. With that said, I do my best to make every lesson, every experience student-centered so that each student can make their own connection that will most benefit them.
