I am an 18 year veteran elementary teacher. I have taught 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grades; K-5 Technology and Special Education. My current roll is as a K-5 Technology Specialist. My schedule an alternate week schedule where one week I work with students and the other week I offer technology support to teachers in grades K--5. The Technology Support role includes finding resources for teachers to integrate technology into their teaching and offering staff development.

Teaching style
As a classroom teacher, I taught using a lot of hands on activities and integrated technology as much as possible. As a technology teacher, my role is shifting from direct instruction to serving as a facilitator of student learning.
