Half-sheet exit ticket with student self-rating scale. (One paper with 2 exit tickets on each, must be cut.) Students write the Learning Target, circle a self-rating of their understanding, then write at least one sentence to explain their rating. Scale goes from 0-4, each paired with a simple description and an emoji face.

This is meant to be printed and given to students to keep on their desk or in a folder to use as a visual rating. It can also be displayed on the board for students to visualize self-ratings.
