In addition to my classroom role, I also lead engaging enrichment experiences like classroom transformations and publishing student-authored books.
Teaching style
My teaching style is student-centered, hands-on, and infused with creativity. I believe learning should be both rigorous and joyful, so I love designing themed classroom transformations, real-world projects, and interactive lessons that get kids moving and thinking. Whether it’s turning the classroom into a medical center or bringing math to life through golf-themed measurement activities, I strive to create memorable, standards-aligned experiences that spark curiosity and critical thinking.

I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Elementary Education, along with in-field endorsements in Reading, Coaching, and Gifted Education. My formal training reflects my commitment to meeting the needs of all learners, whether it’s supporting advanced students, guiding literacy growth, or empowering fellow educators through coaching. I’m currently pursuing an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Reading Education, further deepening my expertise in literacy instruction and intervention.
