About the store

Experience

I have been a K-8 Teacher for 18 years. My experience includes teaching Kindergarten, third, fourth, fifth, middle school, and facilitating a STEM Lab. As a general education classroom teacher, I am familiar with all subject areas.

Teaching style

My teaching style is student-driven. I believe that students should be in the driver seat of their education, and should have the opportunity to pursue learning in their own way.

Awards & shining teacher moments

I am Level 2 Google Certified, PLTW Launch Lead Teacher Certified, and was selecting as the San Diego Computer Using Educator "TOSA" of the year in 2017.

My own education history

I grew up and went to school (K-12) in southern CA. I pursued my college education in San Marcos, at CUSM. I also received my teaching credential and Master's Degree in Education from CSUSM.
