This is a quick check in (quiz) I am using with my 6th grade class. It has 2 problems- one where students use a situation to make a ratio table and graph it. The other question has students reading a graph. They must use the information to say if the graph is proportional or not.
NOTE: The recording sheet is listed for free on my TPT site! This resource is a google form with 4 sections- an introduction to the activity; section 1- dividing fractions with models (reading and making their own); section 2- dividing fractions without models; and section 3- a place for the students to write their wish they earned down! Unless the code is correct for sections 1 and 2- they may not go into the next section! Students will divide whole numbers by fractions; fractions by fractions
