Pumpkin Smash! Solving Systems by Graphing
Make graphing systems of equations fun and engaging with this pumpkin-themed activity! Students will graph each system on the coordinate plane to find the point of intersection—the solution to the system. Wherever the solution lands, there’s a lettered pumpkin waiting to be smashed! After solving all the problems, students will use the letters from their smashed pumpkins to unscramble a secret message. This extra activity keeps students motivated while reinforcing their understanding of graphing
