This shows students how to find slope from a graph, an equation, a table, a word problem, and from two points. This is a quick go-to guide. This was folded in half and used in an interactive notebook. There are the same questions as the y-intercept notes. Great to put side by side in an interactive notebook. Could also be used as review or station practice.

This activity includes: · Matching cards (page 2, four sets with six problems and answers each) · Answer key (page 3) This is a quick activity for students to match word phrases to mathematical phrases. Words that students struggle with were used to create these. All answers include x and 5 in order to cause students to have to really think about what operations are being used in the phrase.
