Avengers in Algebra - Solving Story Problems
Students convert scenarios to algebraic expressions, create an equation from pairs of expressions and solve.
Includes four separate scenarios, a worksheet for students to work out each expression pair/equation, an exit quiz, and the answer key for all parts.

Experience

Teaching style
I no longer follow a specific textbook. Instead, I teach using topical units. Most class periods focus on a particular topic rather than a book section. The topics increase in complexity and build upon one another toward a culminating unit assessment.
