With eight years of teaching experience in an ICT (Integrative Co-Teaching) setting, I have had the privilege of working with underprivileged communities, witnessing firsthand the transformative power of education. Throughout my teaching journey, I have dedicated myself to bridging the digital divide by integrating technology into the learning process. By leveraging tools and resources, I have strived to create engaging and inclusive classroom environments that foster academic growth and 21st-century skills development among my students. Witnessing the positive impact on their confidence and enthusiasm has been immensely rewarding. As I reflect on my experiences, I am driven by a deep desire to extend my impact beyond my own classroom. I am eager to collaborate with fellow educators, sharing my knowledge and expertise to empower them with the necessary resources and strategies to enhance their teaching practices. By supporting teachers, we can collectively create equitable educational opportunities for all students, regardless of their backgrounds or circumstances.
