Start off the school year learning about your students and their families! This survey for parents helps teachers gain important insight into the children in their class, such as helping to learn nicknames, interests, talents, study habits and strengths/weaknesses. Students have so many login names and passwords to remember these days! And teachers can become extremely frustrated when a student is not able to login to a website because they forgot their password. Have students complete this password organizer, and keep a copy for yourself. Next time a student can't remember a password, just look it up. All important information held in the same worksheet!
