Start off the school year learning about your students and their families! This survey for parents helps teachers gain important insight into the children in their class, such as helping to learn nicknames, interests, talents, study habits and strengths/weaknesses. For a good comparison, give the same survey to students, and see how their answers differ from their parents! (Font, Spacing and Formatting may need to be modified depending on your version of Word)
