Drawing With Linear Equations
Use as a station activity or as an assignment. Equations are given in Standard Form. Cut the first page into thirds and give each student a strip with the 5 equations. Graph each equation by finding x and y intercepts or converting the standard form equation into point slope form. Graph the equations on one large graph to see the star shape. GRAPH PAPER NOT INCLUDED

Teaching style
I will try just about any method to keep my students engaged and excited to learn. If they leave my classroom with more awareness of the world around them and the ability to think for themselves, I have been successful.
