Ms. Greer

This is a form that allows me to plan each quarter for each of my students in Accelerated Reader. I keep a page for each student in a binder and use it when conferring with them about planning their goals and also to use during my parent/teacher conferences. This allows an at a glace look at where each student is and what progress they have made.

This is a spreadsheet that I use to keep track of how my students are doing during AR. I write down quiz scores and if they have read with anyone. At a glance I can tell if a particular student is receiving enough of my attention and how they are doing with quizzes.
