Experience

With a background in elementary education, I have taught 5th grade, PE, art, yoga, environmental sustainability, and STEM-based subjects like coding, robotics, and circuits. I love bringing creativity, and outdoor & hands-on learning into the classroom to engage all learners!

Teaching style

I believe in fostering a positive, inclusive environment where students feel empowered to take risks, think critically, and collaborate. My lessons are student-centered, inquiry-based, and designed to inspire curiosity, confidence, and lifelong learning.

I earned my B.A. in Liberal Studies - Elementary Education from Biola University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a concentration in Visual Arts. I earned my M.A. in Teaching with a Multiple Subject Credential to deepen my expertise in student learning and teaching philosophies.
