This product includes a short Timeliness Plan, requiring students to quickly reflect on why they were tardy, what they missed and how to prevent tardiness in the future. The plan is followed by a longer reflection and one page article about the impact of being tardy. This is designed to give students some language and ideas to use when reflecting on tardiness without requiring extensive adult support. The reflections can be used together as part of a process, or separately.
This product includes three different behavior reflection forms that can be used as learning consequences when student behavior does not meet school or classroom expectations. These forms are designed to provide students with an opportunity to consider the nature of their behavior, the motivation for it, as well as appropriate consequences.

This organizer can be used as a reflection when student behavior is not meeting classroom expectations. The organizer provides spaces to define the expectation, explain why it is important and provide examples of what successful behavior looks and sounds like. An example is provided using the expectation "following directions."
