This is a spreadsheet I used to track students that were repeatedly absent, had missing work, and/or were at Risk for not passing. This was a spreadsheet that I shared with building admin and the special education department. The front sheet is a collective list of students, grades, plans, and notes. Each sheet following is for a specific student with the title of their assignments, their progress, and the last day submissions would be accepted.
