Assignment designed for beginner French learners. The first page of the assignment has students answering the "waiter's" questions that concern simple questions like "what is your name?" ,a few conjugations concerning "to eat" and "to drink," and French food vocabulary. The second side is a page that concerns conjugation of the verbs "to eat" and "to drink" and French food vocabulary.

Writing an argumentative paragraph can often be difficult task for students as it requires a confluence of tasks and skills. Students have to conduct research, formulate an argument, deduce supporting points and examples, and write in a manner that is persuasive. This graphic organizer allows students to organize their research and ideas in a way that scaffolds success in writing a coherent, organized, and well thought out argumentative paragraph regarding a proposition of a Bill in government.

As a non-fluent teacher tasked with teaching young students French. I found mixing both English and French translation aids students in language acquisition. This package is based on weather, however also discusses seasons, days of the week, and months. -Ms. Ade
