Critiques can often be monotonous for students, but there are essential for reflection and learning! Try out a new idea with "Interview with an Artist!" Pairs or groups interview each other as if they are writing an article about the famous artist (another student). This is a great way to have students to connect with each other and hear about the work that each student is doing in your class!
