This is the main piece of the One and Only Ivan novel study. These are daily slides that cover vocabulary and comprehension questions. I created this in order to boost my students' reading comprehension and get them excited about reading. It not only worked but it brought the class's comprehension scores up a LOT! I was amazed. Give this novel study a try and let me know what you think! I used these slides to begin our novel study every day. Students would begin by creating their reading grids,

Teaching style

My teaching style is dynamic and student-centered. I believe in creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated to learn.
