This interactive PowerPoint can be upload to Google and transformed into Slides. This activity will allow students to practice their multiplication and be able to self-correct. It works somewhat similar to a puzzle. Students use the tiles to confirm their answers. At the end of the problem, if there are extra tiles leftover or not enough students will know that they have made a mistake. This allows students to self correct.
Have you ever found it difficult to teach students how to solve word problems without code words? This flowchart will help students analyze word problems.
This is a mat that students can use to show if their product will be a positive or negative integer. When you multiply place the numbers on each number line and it will show you which quadrant to use. I hope you enjoy.
