Experience

NextWave Science was created by an international educator with over 20 years of experience in classroom instruction, leadership, and curriculum development. Led by a PhD in Educational Psychology, the work focuses on NGSS-aligned science instruction, hands-on learning, differentiation, and the use of Claim–Evidence–Reasoning (CER) to support student understanding.

Teaching style

NextWave Science is rooted in hands-on, inquiry-based learning that actively engages students in the scientific process. Lessons emphasize Claim–Evidence–Reasoning (CER) to develop critical thinking and scientific communication. All resources are designed with differentiation in mind, ensuring access to rigorous, NGSS-aligned content. Through structured labs, activities, and real-world applications, students build deeper understanding and increase their Depth of Knowledge (DOK).
