This is popular with students and successful in getting people interested in a unit on Mexico. I used it for several years in class before a Mexico Unit. I asked students to work in groups of 4 or so and to put their heads together to come up with their best answers to these questions. Giving some reward or recognition to the group that has the most correct answers really (really) appeals to every class I have seen. They will staple or tape/glue the flower petals (endings) and stems together to create a flower (which can also be decorated) which they can later use to study these irregular forms.
