I strongly believe that learning best takes place when students are at the center of the learning experience. While in the classroom, I tried as much as possible to be a 'facilitator' and to use hands-on activities, I understand with the current pandemic things aren't as simple as before and the need to adapting to digital learning activities.
At the same time, I want students to have fun! I believe that having fun and making meaning of things is central to retaining information, so instead of just putting some random phonics words together in a presentation, I strive to put the words related to the letter in an interactive and engaging story to the children.
