About the store

Experience

We’re a team of experienced educators with a combined background in classroom teaching, instructional coaching, and curriculum design. We've taught in grades K–8 and worked directly with teachers to implement high-impact strategies across content areas. Everything we create comes from real-world classroom experience and a deep understanding of what teachers need most.

Teaching style

Our approach is rooted in intentionality. We believe in creating engaging, student-centered learning experiences that are structured, data-informed, and easy to implement. Whether it’s building meaningful SEL connections or simplifying math rotations, our resources are designed to help teachers teach with confidence, clarity, and creativity.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Our team includes School Teachers of the Year and the District Teacher of the Year, and we’re proud of what those awards represent—deep relationships, instructional excellence, and meaningful impact. We’ve led school-wide initiatives, mentored new teachers, and developed high-impact systems used across grade levels. But our favorite moments? They’re the daily wins: the “aha” look in a student’s eyes or the text from a teacher saying, “This finally worked!”

My own education history

We hold degrees in Elementary Education and Literacy, and we’re always learning. One of us is a National Board Certified Teacher, and the other two are currently pursuing certification. We’ve completed advanced coursework in areas like the Science of Reading, instructional coaching, and inclusive practices—bringing both theory and heart into every resource we build.

Additional biographical information

Hey there! We’ve taught it, coached it, lived it, and now we build it—resources that help teachers cut through the noise and focus on what works. We know how demanding teaching is—and we believe great planning makes everything better. That’s why our resources are practical, editable, beautifully designed, and rooted in real classrooms. Whether you’re launching your year, managing a tough day, or trying something new, we’ve got your back.
