A couple of years ago I had an idea to turn a paper plate into everyone’s favorite blue cat, Pete. Now we get to add his favorite shirt and his iconic buttons with this editable printable. Included in this activity are the materials and directions list for the Pete the Cat Plate Craft, 2 printables to make his Favorite Shirt, and an editable page to type your student’s names as buttons! You can also type numbers 0-10 for a counting activity. Use the @ symbol for the number 10! *IMPORTANT* Open t
I don’t know about your students, but mine always LOVE a dice game! This set has several different kinds of Christmas Light dice games in it. There is a set for standard 1-6 dice, as well as 0-9 dice! Roll & Color 1-6 Roll & Color 1-6 with Dice Images Roll & Trace 1-6 Roll & Color 0-9 Roll & Color 0-9 with Domino Images Roll & Trace 0-9 Directions: Have your students roll a die and then find (and color/trace) the matching number, dice, or domino! I also included a BLANK Christmas Lig
This pumpkin-themed activity is a fun way to practice number recognition, counting, and addition! Included in this activity: ● A Pumpkin Patch mat (with a sign for the numbers) ● Pumpkin Cards (sets from 1-4) ● Number Cards (1-20) ● 10 Frame Cards (1-20) Have your students pick a number or ten frame card and place it on the pumpkin patch sign. Then have your student add the matching number of pumpkins to the patch. They will have to count and add groups of pumpkins together to match the numbers!
This activity is a great way to introduce or practice the concept of adding. Your students will use the Flower Cards to “plant” the correct number in each pot. The Flower Cards come in groups of 1-6, and the Pots feature numbers 0-20. When we did this activity I loved seeing all the different ways they made numbers.
Counting & Matching Cards are a common resource created by teachers, but I wanted to add an extra learning element. That’s why I created these cards with TRACING numbers as well. With this resource, your students will count the images, match the numbers, and trace the numbers! There are FOUR different sets in this Christmas themed resource.
This activity is for practicing number recognition, counting, and subitizing. The first page has numbers 1-6 and the second page has a grid of dice numbers. Another way to use this activity would be to have your students roll a dice, see what number they rolled, and glue that number to the first page.
This Math activity works on Number Recognition, Counting, and Subitizing. To play the game your students will first roll 10 dice and see what numbers they land on. If one of their dice lands on the matching number as their card then they place those dice on one of the dice spaces. Then they roll the remaining dice until all 10 dice have rolled to match the number on their card. Each Page has 2 Roll to Match Cards on them, each card has 10 Dice Spaces. Each card is sized to fit on half of a piece
This Counting and Matching Set is simple and has a fun Halloween theme. With this set the students will be matching numerals, ten frames, and fingers. There is a color version and a black and white version. I recommend printing on card stock and laminating for durability.
