This is a presentation on identity formatted for middle school students. It includes speaker notes to guide the presentation. There is also a project to go along with it. The project is a collage where students find pictures on old magazines to represent their identities.
This is a booklet where students can keep their word of the day. This is something I assembled myself. The cover sheet and the sheets that go on the inside have a line that marks the fold. I put them all together and staple the center (see picture). I only do this per marking period so I only print enough papers for 40 words but you can print as many or as little as you like
This presentation pairs well with Auténtico Level 2 Unit 2 Lesson B. It is a set of questions to engage students in discussion about their shopping habits. Can be used before or after introducing them to the vocabulary. It comes in a PDF format with a canva link if you'd like to edit to tailor to you.
Materials: 1 pencil and 1 Dice per team (of 4-5 kids). - Kids must take turns rolling the dice - The person who rolls a six first may start filling out the paper. - Once someone else rolls a six, they must surrender the pencil to that student and they fill out their paper. First person to fill the paper wins.
