Rather Be Reading

This digital reading journal will encourage your students to reflect upon their independent reading. Included are spaces for ten journal entries and 17 open-ended questions designed to push their thinking about character, setting, plot, author's craft, author's purpose, and making connections. The document can be edited to add or delete questions, or to shorten or lengthen the number of responses. Great for homework, lit block reading time, or long-term subs!
