This activity allows your kids to create their very own story problems. They also show how to solve the problem and the answer on the back (in answer sheet). The story problems can be collected and made into a class book. Students will be able to read each other's story problems and try and solve them. We noticed some of our kids were still struggling with adding money. So I made this engaging activity that I used as a morning warm up but you can also use it as a a center or activity. All you need are baggies of coins for partners :). Enjoy!

Students draw 4 one-digt cards and create two-two digit numbers. They then create a subtraction equation and solve it. There's room for 4 equations. This is a great morning warm up or a fun activity for students to review their subtraction skills. Directions are also on the sheet :).
